Job summary

Lutheran Community Services NW is seeking a Case Manager to support refugee, asylum and immigrant clients, helping them resettle and integrate into their new community with comprehensive case management and access to services.

You will coordinate services, maintain records, provide transportation assistance, and communicate in English and Ukrainian, Russian, Dari, or Pashto to ensure linguistically appropriate support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work under pressure in a multicultural setting with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• General experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Maintain case management for refugee clients in accordance with state and federal-funded contracts.
• Work with clients to develop strengths-based service plans to identify barriers to self-sufficiency and outline steps to overcome these barriers.
• Connect clients with community networks and support systems to ensure long-term integration into the community.
