Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in refugee resettlement or workforce development services.
• Minimum 1–2 years supervisory experience, preferably in refugee resettlement or workforce development.
• Demonstrated experience managing grant-funded programs, budgets, and funder reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, planning, and operational management of RSSEP contract with Virginia Department of Social Services.
• Plan strategies and identify partnerships to expand employability services and related supports.
• Serve as liaison with ONA-RS, State Refugee Coordinator, and LDSS on program operations and compliance.
• Oversee service delivery across direct-service and remote-service localities; ensure remote placements receive required services.
• Maintain program integrity and fidelity to RSSEP models; ensure equal service delivery.
• Monitor and report program outcomes and KPIs to leadership and funders.
