Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, confirm reservations, and acknowledge special requests or occasions.
• Escort guests to tables, offer chair assistance, present menus, and ensure guests feel welcomed and informed.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, waitlists using SevenRooms.
• Coordinate seating and communicate table status with servers and management.
• Maintain a clean, organized host stand and entry area at all times.
• Assist with opening/closing duties, stocking supplies, and side work.
• Attend required meetings and training.
