You will supervise front desk and night audit functions, mentor staff, and uphold Forbes 5-Star standards while resolving guest concerns and coordinating with other departments to deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations during your shift to meet guest service standards and protect hotel assets.
• Coordinate arrivals, preferences, and special touches with departments to plan the next day.
• Address guest concerns and ensure timely resolutions and follow-up with the next shift.
• Supervise front desk and night audit functions, ensuring prompt, professional guest service and accurate reports.
• Maintain organized front desk, Front Door and Bell Desk, and guide staff with clear directions.
• Ensure Forbes 5-Star standards are met and assist other guest services areas as needed.
• Perform MOD shifts and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Oversee night audit functions when required.
