Job summary
Miraval Berkshires Resort and Spa in Lenox, MA seeks a Reservations Sales Manager to oversee the reservations team, optimize conversion, and drive revenue through superb guest service. You will coach a remote and on-site team, ensure call flow adherence, and collaborate with Revenue and Front Office to meet budgeted targets.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in high-end sales/customer service, strong knowledge of GDS and booking systems, and exceptional communication.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of high-end sales and customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or call center environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate resort information to guests and agents.
- Experience in training development and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage reservations processes to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee and coach the reservations team, including remote staff, to ensure call flow and service standards.
- Collaborate with Revenue, Front Office, Programs, Spa, and other departments to meet budget and staffing guidelines.
- Ensure on-site and sister-property collaborations and participation in staff meetings and stand-ups.
