Job summary

Hawks Cay Resort is seeking a Reservations Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the Reservations Department and support guest services across front desk and revenue management. This role requires attention to detail in room assignments, inventory control, and interdepartmental communication.

The ideal candidate will have experience in front desk or reservations, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle guest inquiries with hospitality and courtesy.

Qualifications

• Neat, clean, well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Good rapport with people and genuine concern for guest well-being.
• High school diploma; some college or technical training preferred.
• Experience: 1 year as Front Desk/Reservations Supervisor, or 2 years as Front Desk or Reservation Sales Agent.
• Knowledge of foreign languages (Spanish, German, French) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous guest service, responding promptly to questions, complaints or requests.
• Be competent in Reservation, Front Desk and Revenue Management SOPs.
• Manage guest room assignments and assign rooms per guest requests.
• Communicate room availability and information with departments.
• Maintain accuracy of house and guest accounts and support Reservations Director.
