Job summary

Hawks Cay Resort is seeking a Reservations/Front Desk Supervisor to manage room assignments, support the Reservations team, and ensure top-notch guest service. The role requires coordinating with departments, handling inquiries, and maintaining accurate room status and accounts.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and relevant experience in front desk or reservations, with foreign languages considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be neat, clean, well-groomed, courteous, and possess a pleasing personality.
• Good rapport with people and genuine concern for guest well-being.
• One year's experience as a Front Desk/Reservations Supervisor, or at least two years’ experience as a Front Desk or Reservation Sales Agent.
• Knowledge of foreign languages (Spanish, German, and French) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide courteous guest service, responding promptly to guest questions, complaints or requests with a hospitable attitude.
• Be fully competent in Reservations, Front Desk and Revenue Management SOPs.
• Manage guest rooms assignments and assign rooms according to guest requests and preferences.
• Conduct and review out of order room plans and communicate room availability with departments.
• Strategize room plans to ensure maximum selling capacity and efficient check-in for guests.
• Provide administrative support to Reservations Department and handle posting and filing procedures.
