Job summary

Hawks Cay Resort is seeking a Reservations Supervisor to report to the Reservations Director. You will ensure courteous guest service, manage room assignments, and oversee reservations procedures across front desk and revenue management.

Role requires knowledge of SOPs, coordination with departments, and the ability to handle out-of-order room plans. A professional appearance and guest-focused attitude are essential, with language skills a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be neat, clean and well-groomed with a pleasing personality.
• One year of Front Desk/Reservations Supervisor experience, or two years as Front Desk or Reservation Sales Agent.
• Knowledge of foreign languages (Spanish, German, French) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous guest service in a hospitable and caring manner.
• Be fully competent in Reservations, Front Desk and Revenue Management SOPs.
• Manage guest room assignments and select room types per guest requests.
• Assign rooms according to guest requests and preferences when possible.
• Conduct and review out-of-order room plans and contingency strategies.
• Balance hotel and villa room inventory daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Communicate room availability and other information with relevant departments.
• Ensure proper planning to maximize selling capacity and smooth check-in.
• Support Reservations operations including posting, filing, and internal requests.
• Familiarize yourself with resort rates and complete projects as directed by the Reservations Director.
