Job summary

Hawks Cay Resort is seeking a Reservations/Front Desk Supervisor to oversee daily guest services, room assignments, and coordination with departments to optimize occupancy and guest satisfaction.

The role requires experience in reservations or front desk operations, strong people skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to uphold resort standards and support management directives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; some college or technical training preferred.
• 1 year experience as Front Desk/Reservations Supervisor or 2 years as Front Desk/Reservation Sales Agent.
• Knowledge of foreign languages (Spanish, German, French) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous guest service and respond promptly to guest questions, complaints or requests.
• Manage guest room assignments and communicate room availability with departments.
• Review group resumes and ensure information is communicated to crew members.
• Assist with training duties as requested by Reservations Director.
