Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required; bachelor's degree or college coursework is preferred.
• Experience in a hotel or related field is required.
• Supervisory experience in a hotel or related field is required.
• Ability to convey information clearly and work well under pressure.
• Must understand financial information and data, including basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Reservations function for a hotel, including switchboards and staff responsible for timely communications.
• Ensure reservations are handled in a friendly and efficient manner and maximize room revenue by quoting rates per Aimbridge Hospitality standards.
• Participate in Rooms Merchandising and Revenue Management meetings.
• Provide coaching and development for Reservations/PBX team and manage schedules.
• Coordinate with Sales and Revenue Management to improve occupancy and ADR; maintain rate availability calendars.
• Comply with hospitality standards and regulatory requirements to ensure safe and efficient operations.
