You will greet guests, take orders, upsell menu items, and work with kitchen and bar staff to ensure an exceptional dining experience.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in food service, can remain composed in a fast-paced setting, and strive to deliver an engaging guest experience with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Candidates should demonstrate an engaging, welcoming demeanor.
• Clear, effective communication with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits is preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years in food service or hospitality.
• Ability to describe menus and upsell items to guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant pre-shift for service.
• Greet guests as they arrive and seat them where appropriate.
• Guide guests through the menu with descriptive selling.
• Take accurate orders and confirm special requests.
• Know the menu details to enhance conversations with guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Resolve guest concerns to ensure a positive experience and exit.
