Miraval Arizona Resort and Spa is seeking a PM Lobby Experience Planner to oversee on-property experience planning and optimize spa and program bookings. You will engage guests, build relationships, and offer solutions to align experiences with guest goals.

The role emphasizes exceptional guest engagement, knowledge of Miraval offerings, and proactive communication to convert opportunities into booked experiences on-site.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of high-end sales and customer service experience in hospitality.
• Advanced technology proficiency with GDS, reservations software and booking systems (Resort Suite preferred).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate resort information.
• Experience in development and delivery of training information.
• Exceptional time management, detail and organizational skills.
• Flexible to work weekdays, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build authentic connections with Miraval guests and provide expert planning assistance.
• Review daily itineraries and pre-planning to optimize experiences and bookings.
• Communicate with guests via email and maintain timely responses.
• Attend training to stay current on Miraval services and offerings.
• Manage waitlists and daily openings to maximize guest opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales, catering, front office and accounting for smooth operations.
