Job summary

Compass Group USA’s Flik division is hiring a Reservations Agent for the AT&T Hotel and Conference Center in Austin, TX. This full-time role handles guest check-in/out processes, reservation management, and guest inquiries to ensure an exceptional stay.

You will assist guests with requests, upsell services, and coordinate with various hotel teams. Prior reservations/hotel experience is preferred, with a focus on courteous service and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Previous reservations and hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Checks guests in and out using a computer system and retrieves information.
• Assists guests with requests and special services and coordinates with team members.
• Handles guest inquiries by phone and email and forwards messages appropriately.
• Promotes hotel services and amenities and upsells when appropriate.
• Maintains accurate guest accounts and processes payments and vouchers.
