• Provide support to a Company executive and assist with daily administrative tasks and scheduling.
• Greet and assist guests, manage inquiries, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
• Assist with travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and communication on behalf of executives.
• Maintain confidential information and support documentation and reporting.
