Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking an articulate Reservations Agent to join our team in the United States. The role focuses on making reservations easy and enjoyable for guests, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth arrival and departure experiences.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of guest or customer service experience, can multitask effectively, and may speak an additional language. Commitment to flexible, 24-hour operations is required.
