You will be the first point of contact, delivering impeccable service and representing the brand with professionalism and care for our guests throughout their stay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of similar work experience in hotel operations or guest service.
• Ability to speak a secondary language is a plus.
• Experience in guest or customer service, a team player, hard worker, multi-tasker and detail oriented.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

About you...

• Passionate about hotel operations and guest service with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
