Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a Call Center Agent to join our guest services team. You will be responsible for fielding all hotel calls, directing them to the correct departments, and ensuring critical information is communicated clearly to guests and staff.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on customer service, teamwork and multitasking. A second language is a plus, and flexibility for round-the-clock coverage is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of similar work experience.
• Ability to speak a secondary language is a plus.
• Experience in guest or customer service, a team player, hard worker, multi-tasker and detail oriented.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
