Job summary

Starwood Hotels in Los Angeles is seeking a Front Office Agent to ensure every guest's experience is relaxing and effortless, from arrival to departure. You will greet guests, handle check-in/check-out, and coordinate with other hotel teams to deliver stellar service.

The role requires a friendly, service-oriented mindset, at least 1 year in a similar role, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, 24-hour operation. Fluency in a second language is a plus.

About You...

• Passionate about hotel operations and guest service with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
• Ability to speak a secondary language is a plus.
• Experience in guest or customer service, a team player, hard worker, multi-tasker and detail oriented.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
