Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a Front Office Agent to warmly greet guests, manage check-in/out, and coordinate with team to ensure a seamless stay. You will be the first point of contact, delivering exceptional service and resolving issues with poise and professionalism.

We value a friendly, guest-focused approach, the ability to multitask, and flexibility in a 24-hour hotel environment. Prior front desk or guest services experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of similar front desk or guest service experience.
• Ability to communicate in a second language is a plus.
• Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

About you… Passionate about hotel operations and guest service with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience. Ability to speak a secondary language is a plus. Experience in guest or customer service, a team player, hard worker, multi‑tasker and detail oriented. Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
