Peak with priceless Restaurant & Bar in New York City is seeking a full-time reservations specialist to support bookings across rooms, tables, flights, and events. The role emphasizes clear guest communication and efficient handling of inquiries, pricing, and policies.

You will maintain guest records in the reservations system, assist with special requests, and look for opportunities to upsell packages to enhance guest experience. Immediate start is available.

• Booking & Scheduling: Process incoming reservations via phone, email, and online booking systems for rooms, tables, flights, or events.
• Customer Support: Answer customer inquiries regarding pricing, availability, cancellation policies, and special accommodations.
• Database Management: Input and update accurate guest information, payment details, and special requests within the company's reservation software.
• Upselling & Optimization: Recommend upgrades, packages, or additional services to maximize revenue while enhancing the guest experience.
