• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.
• Ability to come in to work in office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field teams and dealerships with equipment and reservation management.
• Direct incoming customers' equipment to areas based on demand to balance regional inventory.
• Review reports to optimize equipment placement and reservation accuracy.
• Assist with U-Box portable storage product.
