U-Haul in Town of Islip, NY is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to support customers and field teams with equipment reservations and placement, while directing incoming requests to balance regional inventory.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; candidates should be reliable, organized, and capable of multitasking across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with office equipment and basic software (phone, Word, email).
• Strong customer service, time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.
