U-Haul in Columbia, SC seeks a Reservation Manager Agent to support customers and field teams with equipment reservations and placement, ensuring efficient distribution to meet demand. You will coordinate with dealerships and monitor inventory to balance regional supply and demand.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on demand and productivity status.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.

Reservation Manager Agent Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.


• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.


• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.


• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.

Minimum Qualifications
