Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to join a fast-paced team. You will support customers, field teams and dealerships with reservation placement and equipment distribution to balance regional inventory levels and meet demand.

The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, multitasking and strong communication. Typical duties include handling calls, reviewing reservations, and assisting with U-Box equipment and related processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficient in using office equipment such as multiline phones, Word and email.
• Strong customer service, time management and multitasking abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing incoming customers to areas based on demand and productivity status to balance regional inventory levels.
• Review reports to aid in effective placement of equipment and customer reservations, supporting availability and accuracy.

Reservation Manager Agent Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.


• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.


• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.


• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email


• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking
