Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent in Wilmington, NC to provide outstanding customer service and support field teams and dealerships with equipment reservations and placement. This role operates under the Traffic Control Manager and focuses on balancing regional inventory to meet customer demand.

The position requires a high school diploma, strong multitasking and time-management skills, and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement to balance regional inventory.
• Review reports to aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts for availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the U-Box portable storage product.
