Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent in Jacksonville, FL. This role focuses on supporting customers, field teams, and dealerships through reservation placement and equipment distribution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Under the direction of the Traffic Control Manager, you will balance regional inventory by directing equipment to meet demand, review reports for accuracy, and assist with U-Box reservations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with office equipment and customer service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, balancing regional inventory levels.
• Direct incoming customers' equipment to areas based on demand and productivity status to meet future demand.
• Review reports to aid in effective placement of equipment and reservations for accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.
