Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent in Tukwila, WA. This role focuses on supporting customers, field team members and U-Haul dealerships through reservation placement and equipment distribution under the Traffic Control Manager.

Responsibilities include handling calls, reviewing reports to optimize equipment placement, and coordinating with U-Box products. A high school diploma and strong customer service skills are required; on-site work with team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience or strong service mindset.
• Good time management and multitasking abilities.
• Familiar with office equipment and basic software (phone, Word, email).

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Support field team members and dealerships with equipment and reservation management.
• Direct incoming customers' equipment to areas based on demand and inventory needs.
• Assist with U-Box portable storage product.
