Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an entry-level Customer Support/Operations Assistant to help manage customer calls and coordinate equipment and reservations with U-Haul dealerships. The role supports field teams, directs equipment flow, and reviews placement reports to balance regional inventory.

Responsibilities include assisting with U-Box storage products and ensuring timely communications, using Word, email, and multiline phones to deliver efficient service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Working knowledge of office equipment, multiline phones, Word, and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management, and multitasking.
• Must not use nicotine products, per state law.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management.
• Direct incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status to balance regional market inventory levels and meet future demand.
• Review reports supporting effective equipment placement, customer reservations, and contracts.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.
