Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, Word and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.
• U-Haul nicotine policy applies in AZ and listed states.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
• Direct incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status to balance regional inventory and meet future demand.
• Review reports supporting effective equipment placement, customer reservations, and contracts.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.
• Support customers, field team members, and U-Haul dealerships through reservation placement and equipment distribution under the direction of the Traffic Control Manager.
