Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent in Eugene, OR to support customers, field teams and dealerships with reservation placement and equipment distribution. This role focuses on directing equipment to meet demand and balance regional inventory, while reviewing reports for accuracy and availability.

The ideal candidate brings strong customer service, multitasking and time-management skills, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, Word and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.
