Greenleaf Hospitality Group seeks a friendly Reservation Agent for the Radisson Plaza Hotel in Kalamazoo to handle calls and emails, make and modify reservations, and deliver outstanding guest service. The role supports front desk operations and coordinates with sales and catering with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Strong communication, multitasking, time management, and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles and friendly, professional communication.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced hotel environment with strong multitasking.
• Proficient computer skills including typing; experience with Excel/Word preferred.

Responsibilities

• Warmly answering phone calls within 3 rings and responding to emails promptly.
• Make and modify reservations; set up billing when needed.
• Provide exceptional guest service and assist with queries about hotel services and outlets.
• Collaborate with sales and catering; follow PCI and privacy procedures.
• Review daily reports and assist with other front-office tasks as needed.
