Job summary

Northeastern University is seeking an Outreach, Education & Policy Manager within the Research Enterprise Services and Research Compliance teams. This role designs and delivers training on research administration while aligning systems with institutional policy across our campus network.

The manager will collaborate with leadership to maintain up-to-date policies, develop engaging online content, and monitor training effectiveness, including messaging for policy rollouts and continuous

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5–7 years of experience.
4–6 years in grants administration and 1–2 years in training/development.
Knowledge of grants administration, communications, and instructional design.
Experience with LMS, data management, and video design/development.

Responsibilities

Develop and deploy training for research administration staff and faculty.
Partner with stakeholders to update online training materials and tools.
Provide training metrics and feedback to leadership; assess effectiveness.
Design assessment tools and summarize evaluation reports on training impact.
Develop and execute policy communications and document updates for rollouts.
Lead ongoing learning sessions and manage the Research Conduct of Research series.
