Job summary

University of New England is seeking a Research Compliance Training Manager to lead programs on RCR, ethics, and regulatory matters. You will educate researchers across faculty, staff, and students to promote ethical practices and compliance with policies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in research administration or compliance, with preference for those with RCR education program experience. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and an anticipated pay range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in ethics, education, science, or related area.
• Experience coordinating and delivering RCR education programs.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in responsible conduct of research.
• Experience in curriculum development and educational program design.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement, and oversee RCR education programs.
• Coordinate and deliver training sessions to researchers (faculty, staff, students).
• Keep records of training participation and produce compliance reports.
• Stay up-to-date with NIH/NSF requirements and institutional policies.
