Humana Inc. seeks a Research Scientist 2 for a remote role within the Clinical Innovation and Trend Analytic Team.

You will apply statistical and epidemiologic methods to identify trends, size opportunities, and translate findings into actionable insights for Medicare Advantage beneficiaries. Collaborate with clinicians and strategists, design outcomes studies including RCTs or quasi-experiments, and write code in SQL, SAS, and Python to prepare data and build models.

Competenze

• Master's Degree in a quantitative field plus 2+ years of relevant experience in healthcare analytics.
• Ability to write SQL, SAS, and Python to build datasets and analytic variables.
• Experience with experimental and quasi-experimental methods such as randomized controlled trials, propensity matching, or difference-in-difference models.
• Strong interest in healthcare and impact on health outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team and communicate results clearly to business partners.
