Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering).
• 2+ years creating datasets and analytical variables from large data using SQL, SAS and Python.
• Experience with experimental/quasi-experimental methods (RCTs, propensity matching, difference-in-difference).
• Strong interest in healthcare and impact on health outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team and clearly communicate results to business partners.

• Do exploratory analysis on populations, trends, and clinical conditions to inform opportunities for savings and outcomes improvement.
• Collaborate with clinicians to define clinical concepts and extract information from medical, pharmacy, and lab data for analytics and modeling.
• Apply descriptive and epidemiological methods to analyze data and develop models.
• Design outcomes studies and perform program evaluation using randomized trials or quasi-experimental methods.
• Translate analytic results into actionable insights and communicate to business partners.
• Write code in SQL, SAS, and Python to assemble data and build analytic variables and models.
