Job summary

The role coordinates programs, partnerships, events, and grant activities, assisting faculty PIs in implementing awarded projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 2 years of experience coordinating events, programs, or projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating logistics for in-person and virtual events, including scheduling, travel, and on-site support.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creating summaries and reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate faculty-led and grant-funded research programs and events (conferences, seminars, workshops).
• Support PIs in administering program timelines, participants, and deliverables.
• Coordinate visiting scholars, speakers, and program participants from planning to campus visits.
• Manage program logistics including schedules, registration, facilities, catering, and communications.
