Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Vocational Training, or Apprenticeship in a related field.
• Five (5) years of related work experience.
• This position may require the ability to maintain the security and integrity of UT San Antonio and its infrastructure per Texas EO-GA-48.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and manages assigned phases of programs, projects, and administrative operations, including budgeting decisions and staff supervision, to ensure goals are met.
• Proposes, evaluates, and coordinates program implementations by tracking timelines and ensuring deliverables align with objectives.
• Plans and coordinates activities for programs and projects, managing calendars, meetings, and logistics for seamless operations.
• Ensures program needs are met through resource planning, including talent, supplies, and facilities.
• Serves as primary liaison for programs by coordinating information flow, marketing, and updates among stakeholders.
• Analyzes operations to identify improvement opportunities and promote efficiency and alignment with goals.
• Maintains tracking and reporting systems to monitor progress and results.
• Assists with budget development and financial administration and prepares status reports for sponsors and university personnel.
• Prepares and maintains program reports; supports internal controls and documentation.
• Interacts with university departments and external agencies to coordinate activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
