• Bachelor's degree required; three years coordinating or administering a program preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to prepare reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Experience coordinating projects, timelines, and multiple stakeholders in an academic/administrative setting.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate proposal development logistics, timelines, and required materials with a Grants & Contracts Specialist.
• Identify and disseminate funding opportunities; support training grants and accreditation administration.
• Collect, organize, and maintain research metrics and reporting materials for department and OVPR requests.
• Provide administrative support for training grants (e.g., T32) and accreditation data collection and compliance.
• Coordinate with faculty, staff, and campus partners to support proposal deadlines and high-priority initiatives.
