Job Description:

The Research Operations team helps our organization see the world from our user’s perspectives. The research we conduct aims to make meaningful improvements in the lives of individuals, teams, and companies who use our product daily to accomplish their most important work. We employ various methods to collect rich data that enable product and design teams to make better decisions for our customers.

As a Research Operations Specialist, you’ll support the team by partnering with research, design, product, sales, marketing, and data science to drive full-cycle participant recruiting. You’ll help initiate projects, manage timelines, and uphold ethical standards, ensuring research runs smoothly and effectively. Your work will enable insights that shape our AI/ML-powered experiences, creating reliable, user-centered solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the entire process of recruiting participants for research studies, including identifying suitable candidates, outreach, and scheduling.
2. Collaborate with researchers, designers, and product teams to develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with project goals.
3. Advise research teams on realistic timelines and stakeholder expectations regarding project progress.
4. Prioritize multiple projects effectively, demonstrate high agency, and know when to seek assistance.
5. Ensure the privacy and security of participant information and data in accordance with data protection regulations.

Basic Qualifications:

1. B.S. or B.A.
2. 3+ years of professional experience
3. Experience with online collaborative document and spreadsheet tools
4. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, stay organized, and attention to detail
5. Experience developing successful programs or processes for UX Research and/or Design
6. Experience with scheduling and calendar management tools
7. Experience partnering with sales and marketing to source research participants
8. Strong project management, organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
