Responsibilities

• Independently responsible for daily laboratory operations, including admin duties and research activities.
• Coordinates and oversees research staff; implements schedules and ensures quality of lab procedures.
• Stays current with lab technologies and helps improve operations; recommends and implements changes.
• Supervises and trains staff; enforces safety and record keeping; may manage equipment, inventory and supplies.
