Qualifications

• BS degree in IT or related field and 3+ years of experience or an associate degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Familiarity with IT industry best practices and software administration support.
• Experience delivering excellent customer support and strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with managing cloud and virtual environments.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting computer hardware issues.
• Ability to read, write, and understand technical manuals and guides.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance and pass a Tier 1 investigation.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide system administration support for UDRI software applications and IT needs.
• Create user accounts, troubleshoot, and resolve customer questions and issues.
• Ensure compliance with security safeguards and document access.
• Characterize and diagnose customer problems using best practices and remote tools.
• Elevate issues when needed to maintain service quality.
