Job summary

You will troubleshoot macOS/Windows systems, install software, manage tickets, and collaborate across teams to keep devices and research software up to date.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in related field and/or equivalent combination of education, certification and experience
• Two or more years of technical support experience with outstanding customer service
• Two or more years of desktop support troubleshooting macOS/Windows based systems
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, Google Apps, and other collaboration platforms
• Can identify root cause of technical issues and make customized recommendations

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate quality service and accountability while resolving incidents
• Establish customer and team relationships using effective communication
• Update tickets in a timely manner and prioritize incoming work
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, integrate, and maintain systems and software
• Track computer systems and device inventory for asset management
• Analyze, plan, and implement system maintenance and upgrades
• Monitor systems for availability and performance
• Collaborate on cross-organizational projects to keep environment up to date
