Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent with 1–3 years supporting desktops and laptops across Windows, MacOS and Linux.
• Experience with printers, multifunction devices, and tablets.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer technology or informational systems preferred.
• Ability to own a project and see it through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Provide tech support for desktops and laptops running Windows, Mac OS, and Linux.
• Support printers, multi-function devices, and tablets.
• Set up new tech devices and decommission old devices.
• Tech support of various software and web applications.
• Manage and track Department software licenses, including user maintenance and installation.
• Maintain IT inventory including hardware and software.
• Perform basic server updates, file permission setting changes, and AD group maintenance.
• Perform basic Ethernet and WiFi network troubleshooting and manage basic network settings.
• Support and maintain conference and classroom projectors and misc AV equipment.
• Assist users with virtual meetings on Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
