The Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) seeks a capable program coordinator to work with faculty investigators and the Program Director. You will coordinate daily grant activities, support data collection and reporting, and help ensure grant goals are met across multiple projects.

You will collaborate with administrators to maintain databases, manage timelines, and contribute to outreach and training efforts for program staff and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years of experience required.
• Experience coordinating research programs or grants is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development of grant materials (intervention materials, marketing materials, websites, forms, reports).
• Maintain databases and files related to each grant with faculty and administrators.
• Track deadlines and grant components in program timelines.
