Job summary

You will handle post-award activities, invoicing, cost transfers and closeouts across multiple grants and contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Ability to communicate with external agencies and internal departments.
• Strong accounting and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare external financial reports in accordance with agency guidelines.
• Prepare and post journal entries and cost transfers for project accounts.
• Monitor grant expenditures and ensure allowability and allocability.
• Create monthly invoices to sponsoring agencies and follow up on receivables.
