Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; at least 2 years of clinical trial agreement review and negotiation experience; preferred academic setting or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, analyze, draft and negotiate federal and industry research and related agreements within established guidelines.
• Redline agreements including clinical trial, master, data use and material transfer agreements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate sponsors and internal investigators to balance interests and support the public good.
• Negotiate extensions of existing contracts or agreements.
• Perform other duties as required.
