Conditions. Workplace Diversity, LLC. is seeking a Research Compliance Coordinator in San Antonio, TX. This role ensures effective compliance with research regulations while providing essential support to the research community.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or a related field, coupled with two years of experience in research administration. A proficiency in office software and strong communication skills are required.
The Research Compliance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring compliance with federal and state research regulations, institutional policies, and best practices. This position provides specialized regulatory expertise and administrative support to the UIW research community in support of several research compliance areas, including, but not limited to: protecting human subjects in research; managing conflicts of interest in research; training in the responsible conduct of research; and education in research ethics and research compliance. The Research Compliance Coordinator reports to the Director of Research Operations.
Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Social Sciences, Public or Business Administration, or other applicable research-intensive discipline.
Two (2) years of experience in a professional setting focused on research administration, clinical research, or research compliance with human subjects.
