The HR Generalist should be knowledgeable and up-to-date with compensation, benefits, handling day-to-day employee relations concerns, and coordinating the recruiting and onboarding process. Bachelor's Degree.
Two (2) years of professional human resources work experience.
Experience working in higher education.

Typical Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with occasional extended hours/weekends to meet departmental needs, especially in the planning and execution of events.
