Job summary

WestCare is seeking a data-driven professional to track and follow up with clients, manage admissions, discharge and follow-up assessments, and support program evaluation activities. The role involves maintaining electronic records, QA processes, and data entry into SAIS systems.

You will develop and maintain statistical databases, collect and analyze data, ensure timely client evaluations, and participate in EHR rollout and performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred in a social service field.
• At least 1 year experience collecting and entering data and 1 year experience with substance use and/or mental health clients.
• Excellent language and interpersonal skills; well organized in work habits.
• Strong verbal and written skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain basic statistical databases as needed.
• Collect quantitative and qualitative data using data collection worksheets.
• Conduct admission, discharge and follow-up evaluation assessments for clients.
• Maintain system to identify timelines for client evaluations and ensure timely updates.
• Enter data including GPRA data into SAIS and other systems.
• Assist in program evaluation activities and quality assurance processes.
• Support rollout of Electronic Health Record (EHR) and serve as onsite point person.
• Assist Supervisor with documentation audits and performance improvement efforts.
