Job summary

WestCare Tennessee Inc. is seeking a Research Assistant to support grant-funded programs across Tennessee.

The role will coordinate data collection, participant follow-up, database management, and program evaluation activities, ensuring accurate, timely reporting. The incumbent will work with program staff and the Research and Evaluation Team to maintain data quality, assist with reports, and support evaluation activities across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Graduation from an accredited four-year college with a degree in psychology, sociology, social work, or related human services or behavioral health field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data collection, participant tracking, follow-up, and reporting across multiple grant-funded programs.
• Maintain participant tracking systems and support timely completion of assessments.
• Prepare data summaries, tables, charts, and other materials for internal and external reporting, as needed.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, annual, and closeout reports by compiling project data.
